My name is Danae and I started as "Beta Bites" in November of 2015. In 2018, I decided to rename my business to something a little more memorable and thus became Alamo City Cookies. I've taught cookie decorating classes, sold hundreds of cookies, and enjoy every minute of it. As a cottage food vendor, I comply by all local laws and ensure everything I bake is made from the heart and to the highest of standards.
